    We’re offering personal and tailored guidance for teachers and youth group leaders to help with any questions regarding UK-German links, activities, projects or visits.

  • Support with partner-finding

    Would you like to set up a new link with Germany but aren’t sure where to start?

    Let us know what kind of partner school or group you’d like to connect with, and what kinds of activities you’d like to carry out, we can provide support with finding a partner in Germany.

  • Facilitation of planning discussions

    Would you like to get together with your partner school or group online to discuss plans for your partnership, project ideas or run an interactive session on a particular theme?

    We can set up and host online workshops for coordinators, young people or both, help facilitate planning discussions and be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

  • Partnership development workshops

    These interactive sessions are available to teachers and youth-group leaders, who have an existing link with Germany or would like to set one up. The workshops will offer in-depth input on different themes, feature case studies and also offer you the opportunity to ask questions and share tips and ideas with others.

  • Peer-to-peer mentor networks

    If you are thinking about embarking on a UK-German visit, activity or project and would like to be put in touch with someone, who has successfully done something similar, please let us know. We’ll be very happy to help connect you with other teachers or group leaders to share tips, ideas and advice on practicalities relating to themes, logistics or support and buy-in, e.g. from young people, parents or senior management.

    If you’ve successfully run UK-German activities and would like to be on-hand as an occasional mentor for other teachers, share your experience and practical advice, and inspire others to get involved, we’d be delighted to hear from you.

  • Information and advice on safeguarding

    With recent changes in travel restrictions and possible safeguarding concerns, setting up or reinstating visits for young people may seem like a daunting task.

    If you have any questions about safeguarding regulations, entry requirements or health and safety considerations and procedures, we’ll be happy to help by talking you through practical options and, pointing you towards relevant information sources and templates.
